Membership Cards
|
- All members will be issued a membership card, which must be presented at reception on each visit to the spa facility.
- If a membership card is lost or stolen the member must notify the spa management immediately and a new card will be issued.
- All membership cards are non transferable.

Children on Spa Premises
|
- No children under the age 16 are allowed in the spa facility, unless with prior notice and approval from the spa management.
- If prior authorization is granted all children on the spa premises must be accompanied by no more than one supervising adult and must behave in an appropriate manner and considerate of other Spa members.
- Children’s nannies are to wait in the designated areas while children are in a class. It is not permitted for them to stroll around the premises.

Refund Policy
|
- 75% can be reimburse after one month.
- Refund for services and retail will be given at the discretion of the Spa management.
