General Policies
|
- Guests are only permitted to use the spa facility in the company of the member.
- All mobile phones should be on silent or vibrate out of respect for other members.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the spa, except in designated smoking areas.
- The management reserves the right to cancel a membership or to ask any person to leave the premises at any time for any action which is deemed offensive to other guests or members.
- All members and their guests are expected to be suitably dressed when at the spa.
- All companions to members should wait in the designated waiting area at the main reception.
- Yibreen accepts no responsibility for money, valuables or other property of members or their guests left on the spa premises.
- Yibreen accepts no responsibility for vehicles parked on the company property.
- All complaints or comments as to service or concerning matters of the spa should be given directly to the spa management.
- Members or guests are required to provide transportation for home service.
- Yibreen reserves the right to change the terms and conditions and the spa guidelines.
